MERIDIAN REPORTING TOOL

We recognize that individuals and institutions that interact with a fund want to receive information that is useful for their needs and in a medium and on a basis that is convenient for them. As investors are demanding more transparency and more timely reporting, having access to a platform that has flexibility and customization is no longer considered a competitive advantage. It is now a requirement. In response, we have developed proprietary in-house software, known as the Meridian Reporting Tool, or MRT, to meet these needs. In addition to providing investor statements, MRT delivers a range of reporting services that provide deeper transparency into portfolios, business performance and accounting data.

Functionality includes:

  1. • Integration of all manager and investor reporting data. MRT provides a large number of standard reports applicable to managers and their investors, with new reports being continually added. The reports provide a number of different formats for financial statements, summaries of fee calculations (administration, custody, management, incentive and equalisation). Share registry reports support partnership, unit holder and shareholder formats. Securities related reports have been designed for most investment strategies and have varying breakdowns and formats.

  2. • Custom reports. Meridian will develop custom reports and statements on request, tailored to the specific needs of our clients and their investors.

  3. • Ability to save in varying formats. In addition to printing directly, all standard system reports can be saved in spreadsheet, PDF and other formats.

  4. • Timeliness. MRT allows our clients secure, 24/7 access to their fund information. Get the data you want, when you want it.

  5. All this in an intuitive web-based interface that is easy to learn and use, with no maintenance required.
